Why does it seem we put other countries before ours?

We have starving children here.
we have unspeakable things here.
health care problems
rape and child molestation
dirty leaders
the cost of living seems to keep climbing but the pay for work stays the same so there is no balance. In va min. wage is still under 6.00 and you can't even rent a room for that much.
Our heads seem to be so turned up and focusing on everyone else that our security became low and all that for other influences to come into are country, create a life all along while hating it. Just to kill thousands.
It also seems the lack of communication and power of teachers influencing students are going low, but the sex crazed, be this way, got to have this, contradicting, you need me media has a stronger grasp. What is happening to us?

our country does put everyone else first. we help so many other countries in the world when we have the same problems here. there are so many people here that can't afford health insurance and don't get the proper medical care. we have starving kids in this country too but we are constantly shown images of starving kids overseas. we have homeless people in our country too and we aren't trying to help them. we have unemployed here and we aren't giving them jobs. we are shipping jobs to other countries. our troops are overseas defending other countries instead of defending our own country. we give scholarships to people who aren't citizens of this country and kids here who want to go to college can't get the money. we need to put our people first before we worry about what is going on in the rest of the world.

Our governemt does put other countries before us and you know its a probelm when there are a lot of homeless people living in front of the white house and in the nations capitol anyway.
