Example1: A guy goes to the store and lets out a whopping fart, right next to this stranger. The guy next to him gives him the thumbs up. The guys son looks up and says Yeaaaaaahhh! His daddy says to him, "When you can do that, then your a real man!"
Example2: I (female) take my newborn to the grocery store. My little baby also lets out a dewsy of a pewsy while we were in line... I get all sorts of stares?!? People were talking left and right, pointing at me.... It wasn't even ME!!!

I have had women fart so hard that I had to go outside to nail the walls back up.......fact is that men percieve women at not being able to rip one off....and when they do, its a shock.

That's crude and that's ignorant. Guys are just very crude people would expect that from a guy. They wouldn't expect it from us ladies who are supposed to be feminine and well mannered.
Woman or man boy or girl it really is unacceptable either way.
Guys for some reason think it's cool and funny.

I'm sorry, I can't word a serious answer to this. I suppose, however, that it is because in public, a woman is followed by her brats who are at nose level. Well, I SAID I was sorry!

It's nasty either way. I've heard women and men in stores rip one and then walk away real fast.
