one soldier is kidnapped (and it is reasonable because they want to exchange him with women and children POWs), then israelis brutally invaded palestine, kidnapped ministers and parliament members, killed civilians, destroyed the infrasructure of the poor-and-boycotted palestine,
which one is the terrorist? One (HAMAS) who fight for the freedom of their country, or the israeli who did this brutal action?
And there is no UN sanction, or even warning to this ruthless israeli
why is world so unfair

Are you really that stupid and uninformed? Poor Palestinians, poor Israelis, both have been at war for centuries. You kill my brother and I will kill yours. Kidnapping is NEVER reasonable!
The countries of Egypt or Syria or the Arab Emirates, etc... could have given the Palestinians a homeland for years, but they would rather have war with Israel than any kind of peace. That is the only way they can prop up their sad weak fifedoms without the poor revolting.
Hamass is a terrorist organization and unless they win and rewrite history they will always be cheap terrorists. Both cultures have had millions of people killed. The difference now is Israel does not intentionally target civilians and Hamass does.
The UN is a totally worthless bureaucracy that should be disbanded immediately.
"Ruthless Israeli" - you are an intellectually vapid dolt. The Israeli and Hamass are equal in their ruthlessness. The only thing is the Israelis always win in up front head to head fighting. The only way Hamass achieves any victory is if they hide behind the women and children that they so loudly cry about when they are dead.
There comes a point at which you must simply say stop. Death of any kind for a religious or political cause is wrong. The only just reason is self-defense. There is always grey because just how far do you go back for the last harm my country did to yours?
The Qur'an says that once a Muslim country always a Muslim country. Spain can be retaken because once in history it was Muslim. Duhh! Not quite. Get a new testament and find a new life. Our countries have all done evil in the name of manifest destiny. Get over it and start a new life!
(Yes, I know the spelling of Hamass is different, but this is just so much more appropriate.)

oh dont make it sound so cruel. HAMAS is a terrorist organization dedicated to the destruction of Israel. HAMAS has commited ruthless attacks in Israel that targeted innocent women and children. Most of these attacks took place within the last 3 years in Israel. HAMAS hates the west and western values. Israel just 3 months ago gave away to the palestinians all of Gaza, they do not occupy it anymore. The palestinians are terrorists and should be treated as terrorists. They must pay for their crimes. Israel will never negotiate peace with terrorists. Why are you so protective of palestine? HAMAS started this latest wave of attacks by kidnapping an Israeli soldier. You cant do that. Israel also attacked because al qaeda occupies some of Gaza.

I can't believe what I'm seeing! Israel completely pulls out of the Gaza Strip (which should have been a win-win for Israel and the Palestinians), and what thanks do they get for the hassle? Hamas (a notorious terrorist group) becomes the democratically elected government, begins lobbing missiles into Israel, and kidnaps an Israeli soldier. To add insult to injury, there are people who actually think that Israel is the source of the conflict.
Israel won that land in battle, and has the right to exist on it. Their constant concessions to the Palestinians have gained them nothing but a land filled with vigilant, psychotic terrorists that do not want peace.
The Palestinians need to grow up, move on with their lives, and focus on making meaningful contributions to society. This can only happen when they stop teaching hatred for the Jews and re-define themselves from a terrorist state, to a nation of progress and peace.
Fat chance.

You know it's a two way street . For years the Palestinians were killing the innocent Israeli with bombs . And so it goes , one killing leads to another and another . When both sides decide that their children need a life for the future . It shouldn't matter who started the war . Someone has to be big enough to stop it .
