If driving and trying to use a compute at the same time, it would obviously be more aggravating as it would require more concentration than just talking on a cell phone. However, if at home and on the phone and the computer, the obviously you can't concentrate on either one very well.

computers if you don't have high-speed Internet or pop up blocker. you can always figure out a cell phone, but for a computer to do what you want, you have to install stuff.

People talking loudly on their cell phones in public is so annoying. We dont want to hear your conversaion, keep your voice down.
