There are no ways to increase your chance of having a boy. God will give you what he gives you. Why does it matter if its a boy or a girl. You should just want a healthy baby.

There's no guarantee, but the theory is that male sperm are quicker but weaker than female sperm. For a boy, you would want to have sex closer to ovulation, and your fiance would need to avoid hot showers and tighty-whiteys for a few days before ovulation, since heat kills sperm. Deeper penetration and positions like man-on-top are supposed to work better so the sperm has less distance to travel, supposedly. Either way, have fun trying!
