How do you know when varicocele is has gone far enough to get it checked gain?

i was diagnosed with it since i was in 10th grade, and until now it's starting to ache a little.

it is probably fine

they will always ache a little

but i would get it checked to ensure it is not getting larger

if it gets too large it can affect your fertility
