Most I've met are obnoxiously pushy and talk like I'm an idiot, which I'm not. They also seem scared that you will walk out and go somewhere else, and just want to push push push for you to commit to buy from them. I hate that.
Best car salesman I met did not seem like he cared one way or another whether I bought a car from him... he just seemed happy to show me around his showroom and let me climb in the cars and feel them... even if they were out of my price range. he just seemed like he wanted to share them with me and he was awesome. I would have totally bought a car from him if we were actually in the market. we were just stopping in for my hubby to check out a dream car of his. I told the car salesman that we weren't serious and to not waste time on us, we were just looking around. He just hung out with us anyway, let us climb in and out of the cars and said it was practice for when we really would be buying. he was so cool.
