I would like a small shop for myself and use a chunk to run a charitable outreach program. Doing the research and the hands on would keep me going for a long time. I did some of this with the company I used to work for and enjoyed it so much! Many times I cried while doing it, but it still felt good.

Flipping Homes, Classic Car Restoration and Re-sale, or maybe a club or something exciting like that in my home town.
I really would like to open a vehicle customization place with a twist. It wouldn't just be for lowered rice burners or for lifted trucks, but for everything under the sun, and any type of customization you wanted within means. I think reaching out to a more broad market and offering a more broad range of services is the key.

I would build a retreat somewhere nice a quiet for people to come to so they can relax and get away from the rat race for a while. The retreat would be all self contained with it's own stores and shops and the main focus of the retreat would be to have massages and meditation rooms so people could get back in touch with themselves.

If I was a wealthy person, or at least had enough money to just start a venture, it would be a deer farm/wilderness RV Camp with cabins for rent close to either Salt Fork Lake or another untied states state park with a large lake/water body used for fishing, boating, etc.

If $ wasn't a problem, I would create a therapeutic environment involving spa-like treatments and an area for our 4 legged children as well.
