Is there a free website that you can find people's email addresses on?

Yahoo has a "people search" feature, but I'm not sure it will allow you to find email addresses if they're not a Yahoo account.

I have been looking also, they say free, until you start looking, and then you find out, it always costs you. If you find out, let me know.
