He is not on the Pistons anymore, where he got all those titles. Will he keep his defense in shape with the Bulls? Or will he let someone else gain the DPOTY?

No, he definitely will not. He has been a shadow of his former self the last couple of years but won the award on reputation alone. Plus through the help of his other teammates who are great defenders; there's no way he'll win the title again.

I even have 3 adult males that deserve it better than Ben Wallace. a million. Andrei Kirlenko, Utah Jazz- he's an animal in there. He flies everywhere sacrificing his physique to make an excellent play. 2. Bruce Bowen, San Antonio Spurs- he's a type of fellows who does not appreciate any of the gamers he guards. super defender. 3. Raja Bell, Phoenix Suns- conversing of not respecting superstars, Raja Bell tore up Kobe all 12 months long. He became an excellent scouse borrow guy.

Gorgonio is a mindless self sucking ignorant retard as ugly as his name for saying that Ben Wallace is overrated..

Ben Wallace's main game is his strong merciless defensive skills which the Bulls badly need, not just because he is an allstar, but because of what he can bring to the Bulls defense is what makes him a very valuable player to acquire..

Gorgonia, u dick, he did not win 4 defensive player of the year awards by having a hair like yours... In case u didnt know..

Know the facts before u yap it up, or just shut ur mouth.. Someone better b*tch-slap u to extinction..

No, the only reason he got it the past two years is because of drama with Ron Artest, who is only getting better both defensively and offensively in Sac town. Let Artest get his act together a lil bit and he will hold the crown 4 a while.

no he wont... ben wallace is good defender no doubt but i feel he is overrated as far as his defense is concerned as proved by the bulls overpaying him... and he cant do anything on the offensive end... this year i think other defensive specialists will win the award like andrei kirilenko, ron artest, tayshaun prince, bruce bowen, marcus camby, etc....

Yes he will because the Chicago defense is better than the Detroit defense and he will be the leader of the defense.
