SRS stands for sexual reassignment surgery. And yes, after yiou are fully regognised as the opposite gender you are free to marry.

It depends on what you transition to, who you plan to marry and where you live. For example: if you transition to a woman and plan to marry a woman, it's still not legal in the U.S. If you transition to a woman and plan to marry a man, then yes it's legal everywhere.

It varies state to state as to who you can get legally married TO. So far as I know, there aren't any states where you can't marry anyone. (That's for the U.S.; don't know where you're writing from).
