whatever interests you the most. I like drawing people from different cultures. I'm Native American so I like to draw how I imagine a Native. I also love drawing flamenco dancers and graffiti. You can go to art.com and get inspired which is what I do often.

Seriously, if you're good at art, try something that's entirely 'out of your style'. If you like drawing anime people, draw realistic landscape for example.

take out time to learn to spell, then draw anything and everything until you perfect your skills, if you specialize in the human body draw eyes, noses and so on till you have illustrated every varried form of the facial features, then move on to hands. etc
