neither really I put an emphasis on morals but would want to live in a third world country either and besides the moral code of those countries isn't necessary right.

personally, a more developed country with emphasis on the well-being of the nation. this is because if you think about it, every family in a given nation really only thinks about itself anyway, and by living in a MDC there are probably more business opportunities for individuals. p.s. interesting that you care about other people's opinions and not ask selfish questions. =)

Morality is more valuable than economy. I rather live in a country believing in what is good rather than live lavishly but in evil. So, I can bear living in a Third World country rather than a rich country with improved technology but loss of conservatism.
