Okay, let's set the record "straight", for lack of a better term.
Superman IS NOT gay. He has had serious offers from and interest in other women in the past, including Wonder Woman.
Clark Kent IS NOT gay. He is married to Lois Lane, which is the only reason Superman and Wonder Woman are only friends.
Brandon Routh the actor IS NOT gay. His girlfriend would definitely argue that point.
Bryan Singer, the director of Superman Returns IS GAY, which is why/how this whole rumor mess started to begin with. But even Singer is on record as saying Superman is the most straight character he has ever worked on.

no way, he's totally into lois lane...besides, almost every great superhero wears tights, gay or not...just because Robin (who, really actually isnt a superhero but, regardless) and aquaman are obviously extremeley gay, dosent mean they all are....theyre superheros, they do what they want. if that means wearing tights then, SO BE IT!

No, he lives in Metropolis, that makes him a metrosexual.
Could possibly be a cross-dresser, but not gay.
