Dont pick at them - if they form a 'white head' and you are self-conscience about it... pop it. not pick at it. squeeze it together and let the puss drain out. Picking is what leaves scares.
I would highly suggest that you go to a dermatologist. I had bad acne and I had to take a prescription drug called acutaine to clear my skin up. Also, the dermatologist can help you with your skin and scarring that you may have.

First off don't pick it. Next use a hot needle to pick out the black heads like you would with a splinter or you could always put on make up to cover it up. Which ever you want to do.

have the same problem and i also have very very sensitive skin one time i bught this stuff calles neoderm i think its also called sinalar any way it was the best stuf on earth but i can;t find it any where any more if you find it let me know,my cousin in mexico says they have it there
