providing you have highspeed internet connection already all you have to do is reset your default to your highspeed internet connection

it has nothing to do with settings on your PC - it the internet service provider or ISP that you use that determines the speed Call your ISP and ask about highspeed

You need either DSL or Cable to get highspeed.
