whenever i can scrape up enough money to afford a new pair. sometimes if i am lucky i will find some money on the street where i live, maybe a dollar or two. and i can buy a new pair bc i usually am stuck w/ a pair for a few months or longer. one time i had to wear the same pair for 7 months, and it was not pretty. but luckily i found a 5 dollar bill in the sewer and i got smart and bought a 3 pack so i had a lasting supply for a while. so yea that was a really lucky day for me. unfortunately i am down to my last pair and i gotta start lookin for some more money to get some more. got any spare change?

For hygeinic reasons, If you are female, minimum should be twice a day. In the morning after taking a bath and in the evening before going to bed. During period day, it should be change whenever blood stains are there. For the male, once a day I think is enough, unless otherwise required. Still depends on one's habit. But make sure to change it as often as needed to avoid facing embarassment, due to foul odor.

If they have skidmarks (pale yellow streaks in the back), I change them after the 1st day. But if they're clean, with no period blood or skidmarks, they can last 2-5. I like to spare my mother as much laundry as possible, so I wear my bra 2 weeks, my socks 1 week, and my clothes 2 days.
