It's going to take a lot of study. Look at mouths and draw what you see. Do not draw from memory, that is not the correct way to draw. Try to draw from real life, but if that is not readily available try photographs. Remember, draw what you SEE, NOT what you remember.

if this answer looks familiar it's because i just typed it to answer some one else's question here.....anyway:
begin by finding a photograph or contour line drawing of something you'd like to draw and turn it upside down. then grid it and enlarge the grid on a piece of drawing paper (using the alphabet or numbers across the "top" and side can be helpful in finding the corresponding spot on your own drawing). then recreate the drawing upside down. drawing upside down will prepare you and help you learn to draw ANYTHING because you don't think "ok i'm drawing mouth" and then it comes out looking like a generic mouth or just what you think a mouth looks like. upside down you think more abstractly "ok i'm drawing simple shapes and lines." i promise this is the best way to learn to draw...when you're 4/5 of the way done, flip them right side up and make corrections.

i SUGGEST YOU look, look, look, and draw, draw, draw. You will eventually get on paper what you are really seeing; for myself, I usually have to (try) drawing a whatever several times, usually 3, before I REAlly SEE what is REALLY there.

get a book with really good faces in it, drawn in pencil or pen and ink, and just work on replicating them till you get those right, then branch out. keep at it
