i dont because she destroys stuff and takes my clothes and ruins and steals my makeup, and then lies about it

A person that would have something to hide, secrets that one does not want to be revealed. When you are a teenager or young adult, there are sometimes things you do not tell your parents about. There might be things such as a diary or private toys you would rather not share.
Your little sister can find these things and tell about what she found. That would be why some do not trust their little sister in their room.
Another very good reason is the fear of seeing a precious object accidentally damaged by the little sister. It would break your heart so you prefer to do a little prevention by keeping the little sister far from your room when you are not there to supervise.
Personally, I do not have a little sister but those would be the two top reasons why I would not...

Because she'll hide her sippy cup of milk under the bed and I won't find it for a month..ew! and things get moved around and lost in my orginized mess.

I never liked any of my younger sisters in my room because they would steal my clothes and wear them and then stain them. Ugh...

When your a younger sister,the older one is your ideal. They will automatically go on "the hunt",looking for way's to be just like you!

I dont. she takes all my clothes that she likes and wears it out. She steals my outfits. Shell take my make up. And when she leaves my room she leaves it sooooo messy!!
