You can get pregnant any time that you have sex. It does not matter what time of the month it is.

Probably conception took place btwn the 22nd and the 25th, that would have been days 8-12 of your cycle. It is possible to ovulate that early. Matter of fact, some women do ovulate in this window on a regular basis.
If it was not until May 3 - 6, that would have been cycle days 18-21. It is actually possible that this was the time that got you pg, but that would have been a pretty late ovulation.
If I had to put money on it, I would say you got pg from your April 22 intercourse.
Wishing you a happy, healthy pregnancy!!

It depends on your normal cycle but I would say you got pregnant on the 3rd of May. If you have a period usually about every 28 days then it mean you probably ovulate 14 days after the first day of your period. In this case it would mean you were ovulating about the 28th of April. If your cylces are irregular it's more difficult to know for sure when you ovulate. I hope you are happy about the pregnancy, take good care of yourself and learn about baby care. There's a whole new world waiting for you. Try to breast feed; it's wonderful!

You can get pregnant at any time, which is why using a calendar makes a bad birth control method. My guess would be April 22 (close to half way through the month), but it could be either.

Typically your most fertile time is midway through your cycle. So assuming you are on a 30 day cycle, the day you would have ovulated would have been the 28th of April. So it seems the May 3rd date would be the day you conceived. Of course not every woman ovulates exactly in the middle of her cycle.

I'd say it's more likely the 3rd of May than the 22nd of April, but it depends. How long are your cycles? If you have a long cycle (say 5 weeks) then I'd bet on 3rd of May, but if you have a short cycle (3 weeks) the 22nd of April becomes more likely.

Yes you can and you can also get pregnant before it too meaning a few days before it happens you are most fertlized during those times. Also, the very first time you have sex that is unprotected you can end up that way.

I got pregnant with my second child two days after my period ended. I didn't think I was ovulating, so my husban and I weren't careful. I guess I thought wrong. :) Not all women ovulate exactly half way through their menstrual cycle, as we're told. I guess I'm one of them. :)
