Do you have Java installed ? you can also try removing Java if already installed, restart and install Java again.

Download Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. When you go to yahoo pool and the pop up blocker shows an X, click on it and then click "allow yahoo pool". Here is a tech support to help you. http://users.adelphia.net/~viccomp/tech%20support.htm
