If you are driving after dark and see and on-coming car with no headlights on, DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS AT THEM! This is a common Bloods member "initiation game" that goes like this: The new gang member under initiation drives along with no headlights, and the first car to flash their headlights at him is now his&n bsp;"target".

I have seen this email circulating for the last several months. Fortunately I live in an area where we do not have that problem. I will continue to extend the courtesy and try to remind them to turn on their light. If however I see brake lights after flashing them they will have to catch me to do any harm. I will already have a head start and I will go to the nearest police or fire station. If one is not close just pull out the cell phone and dial 911. I really don't know if it is true but everyone should be prepared just in case.

I've heard about this, but I think it is most likely someone driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Cops look out for people without their headlights on because it is a sign that they are jacked up. I don't flash those people because the mofo's should get pulled over.

there have been various reports of it happening...but that has been going around for many, many years. But it still does happen today
