Self tanner--by far the best answer. Any other tanning, outdoors or tanning bed---bad, bad, bad for the skin. Premature aging, skin cancer, all kinds of bad stuff. Anyone going outdoors should wear sunscreen, 30 spf or more. I'm 49, routinely get mistaken for early 30s, partly because I've taken my own advice. (I also stay fit and have a gifted hair colorist lol).

Hawaiin Tropic Dark Tanning Oil is the best! And also, lay on a float in a pool...the water attracts the sun...you get darker faster!!!
