She is two and a half months old, swear she is teething. she is chewing on her fist, pulling at her ear, and trying to pull her hair out. They are on the lower jaw towards the middle closer to the front. is this possible?

It's possible, but I think it's more likely that she is exploring her hands and/or has an ear infection.

At this age, babies are learning how to control their hands and they are also starting to be interested in feeling things. Because they can't control their hands well, they can't touch stuff with their hands the way we do, so they put them in their mouths to feel them. The first thing they find they can put in their mouth is their hand. The hair pulling is trying to experiment with using the hand.

Pulling on the ear, though, is a possible sign of ear infection. I'd take her to the doctor to make sure she doesn't have one. At this age it's probably just her grabbing her ear the way she's grabbing her hair, but it's a serious enough symptom that you should rule out an infection.

It is very possible. Infants can teeth from about 3 months on, even though it could be several months until teeth emerge. My daughter started teething quite early, but just got her first tooth yesterday (7 months old). On the small chance that it is her ear, though, you might want to check with the doctor. Good luck!

Yes it's VERY possible. Just look and see if her gums are red and swollen, that will give you your true answer!!! Good Luck, you have a long road ahead of you!!! If she is pulling on her ear, you might want to take her to the DR. to see if she has an ear infection, all the fluid from her teething can cause an infection!!!

My daughter started signs of teething very early as well, however it was not until 4 months that the tooth actually broke through. The best thing that I found is teething tablets, they are 100% natural and they quickly dissolve on contact with moisture.

Yes, to my surprise baby's can be teething or even cut a tooth from birth, most start later but it happens. I tried EVERYTHING! and I mean everything when my daughter teethes and what works really great is teething drops by a company call herbasaurus.. it is an herbal remedy and the main ingredient in it is chamomile. Its hard to find, I have a wild oats near me that has it but you can also get it on-line from homeopathic-remedies.com

well it is possible that she is teething. BUT when children pull at their ears it almost always means they have an ear infection.from what you have explained, more signs point to an ear infection than teething. if she is really fussy and keeps pulling at her ears you need to take her to the doctor, because ear infections can get serious very quickly.
