i can give consent for anything more than dating because id be 16. if your under the age of 16 its statutory rape.

Dating can be legal, but anything else is statutory rape due to the age difference. Thats a 5 - 7 year prison sentence for him.

17 is the legal age for sex or whatever in texas. If ur 17 its not statutory rape if the guy is 4 years or less over the age of 18.

In North Carolina , a girl aged under 18 can not have sex with a guy 4 or more years older than her current age ... he would be in deep trouble .

Actually, it depends what state you live in. Here in Michigan, it's legal. In places like Maryland it's 18 and in places like Utah it's only 14.
