have any of you tried the PAINGONE PEN that is said to be usefull to relieve pain .thank you in advance.

Seriously, other than the other answers, Yes it Can work. it is based on acupuncture/acupressure. An electric shock releases endorphins (the natural painkillers in the body) it is this Paingone which induces MILD shocks to the area of stimulation. BUT as with acupuncture it is not the be all and end all, if it works great but YOU will have to try it.

I haven't personally but I knew someone who had one and he was constantly saying how good it was for his back problem. I believe that he originally bought a 'cheap' version (about £75, if I remember correctly) but very quickly sent it back and went for the more expensive model (around £200).
