It's probably coming form you a/c cooling coil which could be above your furnace. Water condenses off of it and falls onto a pan then out a hose. sometimes the hose gets blocked.....if you see a hose that looks like you can pull it out, take it out and blow through it both ways to try and free the blockage.

As others have suggested its probably the condensate from your Evap coil and the condensate drain is plugged, its quite common and you can expect this to happen again so plan for the future. You will most likely have to cut the PVC drain pipe so install a valve and fitting so next time all you have to do is hook up your air compressor and blow it out.

Your condensate pan for the A/C is cloged up. The pan needs to bee cleaned out and the drain hose uncloged. this can be done with a wet vac
