is there a program or a way to get into a full yahoo chat room ?

ive been tring to get into a chat room for sometime now , but it always tells me that its full. i heard a friend talking about a thing that kicks people out of , and lets you in , is this true ?

yes its part of Instant messenger, open IM at top local the word 'messenager' click it and go down to 'yahoo chat' click it and choose a room
