At this age usually what is good is some kind of soft toy, my daughter had a night night bunny when she turned two. It was actually handmade from someone and had night night bunny on the front of it. She is now five and still ask occassionally, for her night night bunny. She would not go to bed or anywhere without it from two years of age to about 4. So something like that and I am not sure what kind of time frame you have to get this gift but if short Build a bear is always good. You could have something on it that says her middle name or something. Also bubbles are always great at any age. My son is two and goes crazy when its time to blow bubbles outside.

stickers, suckers, bubbles, whistles, necklaces, bracelets, hair ties, they have all kinds of toys for this purpose at Wal-Mart in the party isle. Just go have a look, some of them are only for a dollar.

I would say to put little toys of a theme that your daughter is interested in, non-toxic bubbles, crayons of larger size and coloring books.

Whistles cuz kids like to make noise and be annoying haha (big ones so they aren't choked on), necklaces, flashlights, that new kid's handsoap (i think it's called CanDO), shiny things that appeal to kids, maybe a quarter or 2 to make them feel rich
