U hv three options to do this.
First click on pencil near the search bar on yahoo toolbar and select uninstall.
Second, follow this path. Start> control panel> add remove > yahoo toolbar> change remove.
Third, Right click empty space on toolbar and uncheck the yahoo toolbar. It will hide.
Now u hv three alternatives and choice is certainly urs to choose anyone of these. It will solve ur problem.

Go to Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, locate Yahoo Toolbar on your list, click remove

Go to Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, locate Yahoo Toolbar on your list, click remove and then it will uninstall. You may need to reload your browser for it to take effect.

Go to Start then control panel then click on add/remove porgrams then look throught the list to were it says yahoo toolbar.

If you just want to remove it from your browswer the easiest way is to click View then Toolbars on the browser menu. Then unclick yahoo toolbar, close browser and re-open, it should be gone.

Go to your START MENU/CONTROL PANEL/ADD,REMOVE PROGRAMS and then Check for installed programs to see if you have yahoo toolbar installed , if it is there click on it and it should ask if would like to remove this search tool Click Yes

go to control panel look under programs add/ delete then delete tool bar then check in ur c drive to make sure in programs it is gone..
