you could but not too much. bring your hands to your chest level, with fingers touching each other and press. hold for 30 seconds and let go. do this cycle for 10 to 15 times a day. this exercise would firm your breast muscles and hold your breasts

You can do two things:
1. You can get fat and your breasts will naturally get nice and full
2. You can get pregnant (which will naturally get bigger) and then breastfeed your baby (which keeps your breasts big and firm)
