Umm-m, I'm a little confused by your question. Date and time of conception is usually reflected by your rising sign and where the moon was at the time of conception. That's how the rest of the world sees you, by the face you choose to show them, your rising sign. The time you actually chose to come into this world reflects your individual make-up as a person, the real inner you, that you either choose to show the rest of the world, or you don't. And your rising sign is a part of that chart (1st house or ascendant) Of course, what you chose to do with what God has given you is up to you. At the exact moment you were born, there were 144 million other possible combinations all over the world, which is why no two people, not even twins are exactly alike. Both are equally important in your makeup. But most important, is what you chose to do with it, and which side of yourself you want to present. I mean, also , you could be conceived, but your mother could choose to have an abortion. And believe it or not, and this could upset people, but you also chose that parent too, knowing that, although you were conceived, the time and place was not yet right for you to come into this world.

Edit: I don't think date/time of conception would have much to do with anything. When you were born would likely have more impact on who you are, it if has any impact at all. I mean I'm a night owl born a little after midnight, so maybe it's connected?

Not very many people know there time of conception, I do and what is odd, that day every year is like a 'lesson day', hard to explain but it really says alot about the karma we are here to fulfill.
