You didn't exactly say why she's complicated. Is it her accent? Is it her person? Her beliefs? Her thinking?
Well, if you're friends, I'm sure you'll work something out. The accent can be quite amusing. The person can be categorized as 'unique'. Her beliefs, is her own, it doesn't have to be yours. Her thinking, just agree to disagree, or something like that.
