it is the best collection of answers about how important it is to have a foreskin i have seen on here.
i am specialising in foreskin removal, have a look at my y1a profile too.
it is something he needs to think seriously about avoiding doing.
the foreskin helps to make sex more pleasurable for both of you, and to reduce the risk of urinary tract infections and aids/hiv.
it will be very painful for him and will cost a lot to do.
medical insurance does not cover routine foreskin removal because medical research actually says the foreskin has health benefits, and the presence of the foreskin is the opposite of a health risk.
so, unless he has phimosis (non retractable foreskin) or some other medical problem of the foreskin that must be fixed with surgery (a statistically low chance of this occuring, which makes the routine removal of infant boys' foreskins in the US baffling), advise him to keep his foreskin.
for both your's (which you are right to be concerned about) and his benefit.
good on you for asking a question based on sexual pleasure.
society just needs to feel more comfortable about partially basing the reason NOT to routinely cut off foreskins on men's sexual pleasure.
ask him this same question - how do you expect sex will be without your foreskin?
research and men's experience says it is worse. unless there is a genuine medical problem with the foreskin.

I can't believe some of you ppl! This is ridiculous. Number one you should not be worried about your husbands choice in getting circumcised. That is a choice he's going to make with or without you and believe me it's not going to affect you one bit. Why he's choosing to get circumcised now is odd to me but hey whatever tickles his pickle you know? And about all that cleanlyness crap....Listen it's not harder to clean it's just a little more work...and whoever said you won't get diseases that's b.s. circumcised or not diseases are everywhere and you can get them either way. I don't know what some of these uncircumcised expierenced ppl have dealt with but I can't see how a little bit of extra skin could effect your lovemaking in anyway. I mean really now when the penis gets erect most of the skin should pull back on it's own...The only difference is that it's different looking....but hardly...here's a suggestion. Go to your husbands penis and pull back the skin and PRESTO! That's what it's going to look like if he get's circumcised. And that's it!

yes, it will make a difference, you're likely not to catch any diseases, and it is more healthy in a man case to be circumcised. The sex will be better I had a bf that wasn't circumcised, then later on in the relationship he got circumcised and sex was better because he could have sex in all positions because he didn't have that extra skin. You should let him get circumcised it's better for him. You want him to stay healthy, he's going to be in pain for a day or two so just stick by your man it will be worth it. GOOD LUCK

An adult getting circumcised is a big decision, as he will be in quite a bit of pain for awhile... be kind to him!!! As far as lovemaking... it will NOT feel any different, it just looks different. I read that the number of circumcised, to not is about 50/50 now in the USA.

I have been with both and circumcised is by far the best. Lovemaking will not feel different, but it is safer for you and for him. It is much harder to keep uncircumcised clean and it effects his health as well as yours. Don't take this procedure lightly though, the older you get the more painful it is emotionally and physically. Believe me you nor him will regret it afterwards. Let me know how it goes.

my bf is not circumcised and the only problem that sometimes causes for me is that when im givin him a hand job when i pull down on the skin he says it kinda hurts, but idk how it would be like being with a man that is circumcised, i dont think that matters anymore, or does it? i wouldnt really care, im sure that the sex should be good circumcised or not.

Dont worry about it. It is the same either way. You cant tell the difference. It doesnt feel any different. I think it looks better but if you are not used to it, it may look strange at first but everything will be the same.

Why would he want to do this? Unless there is a medical reason, don't, iIt can be risky and create problems.
I'm a guy, so I don't know how different it would feel to you, but I don't think you would feel much difference.
