Lunch on a Skyscraper, artist unknown...

At the turn of the 20th Century, NYC became home to the world’s tallest skyscrapers, including the Empire State, the Chrysler Building, and Rockefeller Center. The work crews were the first to enjoy the bird’s eye view of the sprawling metropolis as it expanded upwards to counter prohibitive real estate prices.

Makes me week in the knees to think of being up that high!!
