Giving birth is a natural thing for your body. When your baby is ready to be born your body will signal you with aches & pains. After your body labors for hours & hours to push your baby down into the birth canal, your baby will emerge, be delivered & born.

It is truly a miracle - yes everytime for everyone - there is pain, frustration, emotions and overwhelming love. Attend a class at the hospital and they will show you around a delivery suite and what to expect. Yes it is a bit scary for everyone not just you but well worth it in the end. You will always remember it but not the pain just the experience. have your partner with you and it is really special to have your mum there too. I was at the birth of 2 of my grand children and it was a special privelage I would not have missed for the world. Your body is built for this and it is much stronger than you think. Believe me you will be amazed!

You don't have to worry about it, you don't even have to know what to do. whenit is time, you will just do it! You might be more comfortable if you read or pick up a dvd so you have some idea of what to expect. But if you like surprises, this should do it for you.

It does feel like you're taking the world's biggest, most constipated poop. It hurts like hell but you don't remember the pain after you're recovered.

Funny way to describe it: It's like pooping out of your vagina, only a LOT more painful.
