Gosh... it's deodorant... and the difference is that in the spray there's aerosol which actually is compressed air plus the powder or creme deodorant which the tube contains...
Some peopel are allergic to aerosol as it could be a nuissance for the asdthmatic people or other resp. problems...
Otherwise, in the main ingredient/ or active ingredient of the same kind of deodorant you mich not find any difference on the label.

You mean deodorant I assume. There are two types of sprays--one is a spray powder that keeps you drier. The other is a perfumed liquid spray. The stick lasts longer theoretically. However if you perspire a lot, check your diet to make sure that you are not consuming too much animal protein or not consuming too much sweets.

personally I don't think there is anything difference between the two except it is one's preference. I think they both have the same "strong strength"....but one thing I think is important is that if a deodorant says "anti-perspirant (sp??) that is really good and strong for someone who has very strong body odor. sometimes you don't know if you have strong BO or not...so you would have to ask family and ask if you smell even when you put deodorant then that is where you would have to see if it says anti-perspirant or not....if it didn't than you would need to find one that says anti-perspirant. It isn't the stick or spray that makes it strong. I hope this makes sense.

Deoderant sprays are not as longer in risiduals than the stick type.
I often wondered why females smell like soap all the time...it's because they hardly rinse it off!!

To protect our ozone covering people have been asked not to use aerosol sprays, but to better answer your quest. the ingredients will tell you, read both items before you buy, or ask the pharmacist at a drug store, just take both to the counter they`re always willing to help.

I don't know for sure but I would guess stick is better- not only for our earth but stronger to cover your B.O.......If it helps you any to know , I would rather smell your true scent than smell a chemical ....YA' KNOW? Showering is good and a healthy diet will lessen the "funk" that you make.

Read the ingredients on the label. The only difference is the form it in.
