I was reading something online and it mentioned a menstral cup. does anyone know what that is? this is new to me.

Becky explained it well, I think. It is an alternative to tampons and pads. It can work really well. It's much healthier than tampons, because cups don't absorb important liquids from your body.

Unlike the Keeper, Instead is disposable so you don't have to deal with it once you're done with it.

You can get a starter kit from them for a $3 shipping fee. You can then buy it online although I've also seen it sold in pharmacies like Walgreens

Its a European thing. Shaped like a diaphragm or a cervical cap, it slips inside the vagina and catches the menstrual flow before it leaves the body.

There are a variety of styles, but here's are a couple if you're interested (personally, I'll stick to the old fashioned stuff, thank you.)

a menstral cup is what u bleed in hun, then donate it to medical science to find out if blood is realy thicker than water !!!

its a new kind of tampon. you have to insert it into you. never saw one, but i would think it would be a mess and not worth the effort.
