If you are from America then it's because someone or something is making you angry.
If you are from the UK it's because you are drinking too much.

Find a place where you can be totally alone. You need two chairs, one for you, and one empty. Imagine a person who has offended you, and talk to him or her. The imaginary person could be anyone who caused you pain, emotional, or physical. Talk it out, just as if that person is there, and listening to you.
You must find a way to forgive everyone who ever offended you, and when you do, the anger will ease. It takes a long time for someone to forgive, and forgetting may take a lifetime. Talk to your counselor, a preacher, or a trusted friend, but do something to get rid of that anger.

i find myself being pissed quite often, but that's because i work with people who think they are god's gift to the world. I also do not like to let people get away with things, especially when i am right which adds to my pissed off-ness. my advice is to find an activity where you can release your anger. I use to go to batting cages, now i just shop.

You need an attitude adjustment. Breath deeply, and remember that you aren't the only one on earth. If you need to, take anger management courses. Focus on the things in life that are good, not what is bad.

Because you are an awake and aware idealist/realist, who is having difficulty accepting your daily life as an exercise in futility.

Because you don't like yourself much.
Try to be who you are, not someone else. Try to listen, try to be reasonable, try to be polite, understanding, helpful, neat in appearance, read a book, listen to some quality music, join a group, participate in sports and seek help.

It is because your tolerance level is very low and your ability to see beyond your immediate environment is not being utilized. However, the panacea is to be a god mood manager.
Good luck.

Have you thought about going to the doctor and getting a check up! You could have high sugar or thyroid disease and it is causing you to be ill or mad.

Because you have yet to learn to:
Accept the things you cannot change
Change the things that you can
And have the wisdom to know the difference
