About once a week I listen to the news on XM. It's good to be up on current events, and interesting to know what people are doing in other parts of the country/world.

if you count the morning show on the radio, I listen to them 5 days a week. Oh and there's a talk show I listen to Sunday mornings on a different station.

Never. I get most of my news on line and the only sports I'm really interested in is the Olympics. I prefer watching it on TV.
