You're addicted when you think your addicted to the internet and ask if you can get online help.
Just take time away from the computer. Read a book, draw, watch TV, take a trip soemwhere, go outside. There's plenty of things to do besides the be on the computer.

If you are addicted then the internet interfers with you job and normal life functions. My advise is to see what a day is like without the internet. Maybe you are just passionate about computers?

Do you think you need help? If you have too much spare time on your hands, pick up a good book, rent a movie, go out on a date, go out with friends, there are so many things you're gonna miss out on in life if you're stuck on the internet all the time...I wouldn't recommend online help, that's kinda an oxymoron. If you really think you need help, pray about it. I know prayer has always helped me. It can't hurt in other words...Good luck!

Well, it's only a problem if it's a problem. If you want to do other things, find something interesting to do off-line.
