is there a way to set up another person's computer to recieve incoming connections?

I have the person's IP address, but I do not have direct access to their computer. So is there any way to enable incoming connections on their computer using only their IP address? And understand that this person has hacked into this computer at least twice, if not thrice, deleted all of my programs, and caused me to have more than 3 hard drive crashes in less than 2 months, and each time I had to completely reinstall the OS, causing everything that I had ever saved or downloaded to be erased. They have also stolen my yahoo ID a total of 5 times, and deleted all of my email. I tried having my email sent to another address, but that was too much trouble considering how many things I had already registered/signed up for using my original email. This person has stopped at nothing to make my life miserable, and I see no reason why I should not at least try to do the same to them.

Well.... I think the best way to deal with your issue is to buy a firewall or your computer. To try and hack into someones computer when you don't know anything about hacking seems like a task that will take you a long time to accomplish considering yo uneed to learn the basics of hacking first.

Rather, install a security product and the person messing with your computer will be out of luck. I think that is the best revenge is to lock them out for good.

Now, you are talking about hacking. :)
Hacking isn't easy, it's not something someone here can walk you through in this forum. It's not that simple subject.
However, I suspect the person who is bugging you might not be that sophisticated. Normally destructive behavior like this represents his prematurity and low skill level. He probably have given you a backdoor program(trojan) and you must have opened it. Once trojan present on your systems, owner can do pretty much everything.
Instead of revenge you might want to take precaution when you download any programs off the web, or opening attachment on your email.
I hope you know that you are breaking the law by means of revenge. It just not worth much to go to jail. Instead take preventive measure.

In the real world there are hackers on both side, good and bad.
I rather be a hacker working for a security firm and get paid big legal bucks than become a hacker making bucks by breaking the law.

Preventing hacking is much more sophisticated hacking skill you can have. Prove you can do it to your opponent.

FIRST thing you should do is CLEAN up your computer first! As you said, you had complete reinstall the OS. Really? This is what you should do so that they cannot enter into your PC.

1. Format your hard disk. See to it that you have those needed drivers. Install the OS you have. Is your CD not came from them?
2. When your system is up, put your antivirus (ANTIVIR is the one I am using; www.free-av.com). Also search for PERSONAL firewall system. Firewall served to check (IPs) when someone is attaching to your port, and vice versa. You may know if they are really the one intruding to your system!
3. Change also the password of your emails.
4. Last thing, let them again come to your system and not you...

the best away to waste a computer is to hack there windows messanger and boot it up from there end if you can do that without them knowing you can waste them over and over until your hearts content but you have to get control of there computer to boot messanger from there computer run direct connect through that and blast away only managed it one took 3 weeks and i got snipped
