Toon Disney and ABC Family.
On Sat and Sun, ABC Family has Jetix, and has W.i.t.ch. on at 10:30/ 11:30 ET.

There haven't been any new episodes since the fall of Phobos last year. If there were any, ToonDisney would be the likely channel.

try abc family tv station. youtube doesn't have first season either the only thing they have other than actual witch stuff is the french opening which is alot better
