I would wait on Rios, he will be back shortly after all-star break. Unless you think your team is in a make or break situation hold onto him. Tim Hudson's trade value is as low now as it has ever been possibly in his career.
The problem with Bedard is that people are going to look at his overall number first (which are average at best, except for K's). If you offer him to someone who is up to date and knows Bedard's numbers in his past 4-5 starts you might get some value.
Honestly if you offered me Bedard and Rios for let's say someone like Beltran, Bay, Rolen I wouldn't accept the trade. Bedard is streaky, Rios has never put up these type of numbers before, and anyone like the players mentioned above are studs in fantasy baseball year in and year out. I say keep both Bedard and Rios, if you need a closer you might be able to swindle one for Hudson, but I woulddn't count on it.

Without knowing the dynamics of the league it is hard to say. Right now I wouldn't give up much for Rios because he has that infection in his leg and this is the first really good year he has had. I would shop him around to other owners and see if there is a market for him.
Hudson is a good pitcher that is pitching OK and Bedard has far more value in a continuing league rather than a one year league. I think it would be difficult to get a top bat for Rios and one of these pitchers.
Good luck.

I'd trade Rios, Hudson, Bedard for a bat like J. Bay and maybe a guy like D. Lowe, a good bat and a average SP who will give you wins.

I think you're going about this backwards. Mgrs need to trade based on who they want, not who they want to get rid of. Your first goal is to make your team better, that doesn't happen by getting rid of Rios, or Bedard, or whoever. Because once they're gone, you're stuck with whoever you got in trade. Make a list of the players out there who meet your needs offensively. Once you've got a list, see who you can put together an attractive trade package for.

These questions are truly unanswerable w/o knowing anything about your league, your team (besides you having Rios, Hudson & Bedard), what your team needs are, the availability of other players.....
Just impossible.
