i've tried the whole on-line dating thing, blind dates, and all that other stuff. but i can't seem to find the right guy. they are either closeted and have a family, drink too much, have baby mama drama.

There's that old adage that as soon as you stop looking for love, it will find you. Trust me, that doesn't always work. But patience. I think that on-line is about the worst place to find it. Get involved in some activities, community service and that kind of thing. With gay groups is fine, but if there aren't any around you, with any kind of groups. Politics, (But please not the Log Cabin R's) is another place where you'll meet a lot of People, working campaigns and going to rallies. Put yourself out there and Mr. Right just might come along.

I believe in the urban myth that says: "you will find it when you stop looking for it".
I still don't have actual proof of that, but maybe when you go about your daily life someday you will find it just around the corner".
Maybe it will work. But if you want to give it a little more speed maybe start going everyday, or regularly to a the same coffee shop, library or park. I think that maybe will raise the odds a bit.

Who's to know. Not me thats for sure. I guess I looked in the wrong place for certain. I haven't captured him yet. (I'm not gay either) But good luck to you, it's tough these days finding anyone in any type of relationship. You're lucky if you can find someone to care, and be honest & committed.........(~_~)

Friends of friends tends to be the best way to meet people. If you trust your friends then you have more of a gaurantee that the person will be normal!
