Sibling rivalry is normal because people want to be on top of each other. Nevertheless, this trend should be address properly by giving the siblings equal treatment and rewards.

actually...my one brother who was born march 25th,1985 and I(october 13,1986) arn't competive at all. we get along for the most part. but then my brother who was born on august 24,1989 and i fight like crazy

I have an older brother. We're not competitive though...

it keeps thing interesting. at least with me and my little sister. although I did as her this very question and the answer brought tears to my eyes....she was just trying to be more like me.
