1) Go to the Couple to Couple League website (look for it on google) and look under trying to conceive;
2) Sounds crazy, but about a week to ten days after you start your period, for a few days, eat carrots, and take Robitussin twice a day according to label directions. These can thin your cervical mucus to make conception easier -- it worked for my sister. Oh, and, of course, have sex, and remain lying down for a while, don't get up and let all the semen leak out immediately.

Start prenatal vitamins and chart your basal body temps to verify you are ovulating. Try www.fertilityfriend.com for lots of info. Also, get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. One more thing--you need to make an appt. with your gyn for a Pre-conception appointment. Good luck!!!!

you ovulate 14 days after your cycle begins. So, if you started on the 1st of the month, the 15th you would begin ovulating for two days. Limit caffiene and after you have sex, keep your pelvic up for about 20 minutes. A pillow works fine. Also, get an ovulation test kit to determine if you are ovulating regularly

Increase your chances by being in touch with you body, qnd knowing when you ovulate. make love like crazy right before and during you ovulation period. Usually this occurs in the middle of between your periods. An ovulation predictor test kit will help you learn your signs of ovulation. Also chech out your health food store for natuarlal herbs for both you and hubby to help boost your chances, good luck!

have sex every other day all month or buy an ovualtion kit and have sex around ur ovulation. (you might also know ur ovulation via sypmtoms or mucus changes etc) if ur having sex every day then hubbys semen wont be quality and may not contain much sperm. he needs time to replentish his supply! lol take vitamins (folic acid at least) dont smoke, excersies and realx, making a baby is fun not hard work. and its true u orgasming helps too. good luck chicky

Go on vacation and RELAX. About every 3days get your husband REALLY WORKED UP(no pun intended) then when he can stand it no longer have him do the deed. If he is in the "right" emotional state it will help things. And find a good Chiropractor to make sure that everything in the low-back area is working fine.

I suggest taking a prenatal multivitamin to prepare your body for pregnancy. Your husband would benefit from a good mens multi to put his body in good health. Healthy bodies produce healthy babies. See your local health food store consultant for great suggestions.

Rest is the secret of conception. Do not stress yourselves so that your cells will be strong enough to meet inside your body. Eat nutritious food and experiment on different positions while doing the sexual act. But most of all, pray to God so that there will be Divine Intervention. Good luck!

no drugs. limit caffiene (though your husband should not limit his). avoid really vigorous exercise. have sex. it can take a while especially if it's your first pregnancy and if you were on the pill or had an iud. if it's been over a year you should see a doc to rule out any problems.
