In my book the top of the foot hurts the worst. God I wanted to punch my artist after a while it hurt so damn bad. It swelled up like a ***** for 3 day and then we were all good. It was well worth it. Just remember to breath and no beer before hand or any asprin products, they will make you bleed more. Not a good thing. And hey, it's a tattoo, not a hug, it's not suppose to tickle. Buck up!

well i may be under 18 but my dad has 3 and he says they hurt like hell expessially if they near the bone but hope u get a cool style

My husband and I have serveal tattoos between the two of us and after we discussed it, we've decided that the most painful place is the outer calf amd your ribs. Good Luck!!! Hope you love your art!

I've heard the collar bone is the worst.

i got a tat, i never flinched or broke a sweat. stay relaved and it won't hurt.
