First off, sorry to hear about your (?) predicament. I hope you have people around you to confide in and who can be supportive and caring right now.
For information, call a clinic like planned parenthood (website with clinic finder below) and ask.
Last tip: Be careful, there are places that advertise "pregnancy counseling" and "pregnancy help" but many of them are run by people who will delay your seeking medical attention until it is too late and give you false information so you will be afraid of researching all your options.
