Dating isn't illegal. Heck, you can do it while married (though that's called infedility or adultery.) But if the paperwork has been signed and the couple isn't together, then your conscience should be at ease about dating. Marrying without the final paperwork would be illegal, though.

NO. But you can't re-marry for six months after the divorce decree.
Keep in mind, you are technically married until the Judge signs the decree of divorce. This means dating (at certain levels) could be adultery which is a crime. (But I challenge anyone to find a DA who will prosecute adultery these days.)

No. I dated my second husband before my divorce was final. There is no law against dating. I suppose, however, since the divorce is not final, if you had sex, they could get you for adultery, because that law is still on the books in OK.
